Instructions

Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
- Cook until browned and cooked through (about 5–7 minutes).
- Remove from the pan and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add garlic, green bell pepper, and orange/red bell pepper.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
